1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the provision of services by ElectriFusion Solutions Ltd (Company Number: 15276574), trading as ElectriFusion Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), to you, the customer ("you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Our registered office is at 32 Eyre Street, Sheffield, S1 4QZ. Our operational address is Gresley House, Ten Pound Walk, Doncaster, DN4 5HX.

2. Our Services

We provide solar panel installation, battery storage installation, EV charger installation, air conditioning installation and servicing, commercial electrical work, and related renewable energy services. All services are provided in accordance with applicable UK regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and our MCS, NAPIT, and other industry certifications.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by ElectriFusion Solutions are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided to us and the findings of our property survey. If site conditions differ from those assessed during the survey, we reserve the right to adjust the quotation accordingly and will notify you of any changes before proceeding.

Domestic solar panel and battery storage installations currently qualify for 0% VAT under UK government legislation. Should the VAT rate change, the applicable rate at the time of installation will apply. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.

4. Surveys and Access

We provide a free, no-obligation property survey as part of our quotation process. You agree to provide accurate information about your property and to grant our engineers safe and reasonable access to carry out surveys and installation works. You are responsible for ensuring that any necessary permissions, including planning permission where required, have been obtained before installation commences.

5. Deposits and Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your installation date. The deposit amount will be clearly stated in your quotation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Where finance is arranged through our finance partner, Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited, separate terms and conditions will apply to the credit agreement. ElectriFusion Solutions Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited (FCA authorised and regulated, FRN: 539195). Credit is subject to status.

6. Installation

We will carry out all installation works using qualified, accredited engineers employed directly by ElectriFusion Solutions. Installations will be completed in accordance with current building regulations, MCS standards, and manufacturer specifications. We will endeavour to complete installations on the agreed dates, but reserve the right to reschedule due to adverse weather conditions, supply chain delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to ensure the installation area is accessible and clear of obstructions. Where scaffolding is required, we will arrange this as part of the installation. Any additional costs arising from unforeseen structural issues, asbestos, or other hazards discovered during installation will be discussed with you before any additional work is undertaken.

7. Cooling-Off Period

Where a contract is entered into at a distance or away from our business premises, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of entering into the contract without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 8. Warranties

ElectriFusion Solutions provides the following warranties:

• Solar panels: Manufacturer warranty of up to Up to 30 years.
• Inverters: Lifetime warranty.
• Batteries: Lifetime warranty.
• Workmanship: 15 years guarantee covering the quality of our installation work.

Warranties are subject to the system being used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and not having been tampered with, modified, or serviced by unauthorised persons. Warranty claims should be directed to support@electrifusionsolutions.com.

9. Liability

We accept liability for any damage to your property caused by our negligence during the installation process. We carry comprehensive public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance to cover our works.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under English law. Our total liability to you for all other losses arising under or in connection with a contract shall not exceed the total price paid for the services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of ElectriFusion Solutions Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

11. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us at support@electrifusionsolutions.com or call 01302 203 755. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days. As a RECC member and CTSI Approved Code signatory, you also have access to independent alternative dispute resolution through our approved codes of practice.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or industrial action.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
